The best way to reach us is through the app Messenger.

We are hop skip and a jump away from the waterfront and all its amenities. You can walk to the Beach, Pelee Island Ferry, restaurants and the Leamington Marina. I would recommend a bike or car if you are venturing off to the wineries or to Point Pelee.

Don't forget to stop at one of the many local fruit and produce stands, located throughout the town and along Seacliff Dr. on your way to Kingsville or on the wine route.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
